What makes your cotton organic?
All of our products are made from 100% organic cotton that is GOTS certified, meaning it is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers and meets strict environmental and social criteria.
How should I wash my Burt's Bees Baby items?
To maintain the softness and integrity of the organic fibers, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international hive soon.
How do I determine the right size for my baby?
Since organic cotton can shrink slightly, we provide a detailed size chart based on weight and height rather than just age. We recommend sizing up if your little one is between sizes.
