We want you and your little bee to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
